Vayuu Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you claim a Vayuu introductory offer, you will receive 1 glass and 1 candle refill free of charge. By placing your order, you are signing up to a subscription with a minimum commitment of 1 paid month.

How the subscription works

Your first order is free. 30 days after your initial order, you will be charged £25 for your first paid month. After this payment has been taken, you may then cancel, pause or modify your subscription in line with your account settings and our subscription terms.

Your legal right to cancel

If you purchased online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer law. If you choose to cancel within this period, you must notify us within that timeframe and return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. 

Returning your Vayuu order

If you wish to cancel and return your Vayuu order, the glass and refill must be returned in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Under UK rules, customers can be required to bear return costs for cancellation returns if this is made clear before purchase. 

Minimum commitment

Outside of your statutory cancellation rights, this introductory offer includes a minimum commitment of 1 paid month at £25. This means that once you claim the free introductory order, the next monthly payment will still be due unless you are cancelling under your legal cooling-off rights or we agree otherwise.

Faulty or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In those cases, your consumer rights remain unaffected.
