At Vayuu, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Please note that during busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay to your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, future recurring deliveries will be processed in line with your subscription schedule. Dispatch timing for subscription orders may also vary depending on stock availability.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we reserve the right to delay dispatch, part-fulfil the order, or contact you with an update regarding your order.

Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Vayuu cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, we may require additional postage costs to resend the order.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photographic evidence so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes, Vayuu is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, customs, strikes, or other factors outside of our control.
